efficiency compared to epoxy flooring, which is prone to peeling, requires
hazardous chemical handling, and involves significant downtime.

requiring no special subfloor preparation or expert labor.
Our system provides for ease of installation with a simple as a utility knife for
custom fits. Many hard plastic tiles require the need of a specialized cutting
system.

Our tiles can be laid over existing surfaces like cracked concrete or old paint
and offer the unique benefit of being portable assets that can be disassembled
and moved. In contrast, epoxy requires extensive surface preparation, such as
acid washing or sandblasting, and demands 3 to 5 days of curing time that
immobilizes the space and disrupts business and residential operations.
Recycled PVC is non-toxic, emits no volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and
avoids the hazardous disposal issues associated with epoxy waste. It is also
easily recyclable and reusable, reducing landfill impacts. Epoxy applications
release harmful VOCs that can cause respiratory issues and nausea, with indoor
levels potentially 10 times stronger than outdoor air, and the removal of old
epoxy requires hazardous material handling.

While epoxy is susceptible to moisture vapor transmission from concrete,
leading to peeling and detachment sometimes within months, PVC is resilient,
waterproof, and resistant to chemicals and indentation. There is a natural
memory which allows for excessive surface tension loads, yet still providing
rolling load ability of vehicles and hand units.

Damaged PVC tiles can be individually replaced, whereas epoxy stains easily
and cannot be patched without ruining the finish. Additionally, PVC
provides thermal and acoustic insulation, reducing noise by 10–15 decibels and
improving floor temperature, whereas epoxy offers no such benefits and can feel
cold.

PVC flooring typically costs are well below that of epoxy systems which require
professional installation fees, offering a lower total cost of ownership. Epoxy is
often more expensive due to professional labor requirements and high long-term
maintenance costs associated with frequent repainting and repairs.
